Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you and !

I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a leather punch-- only $5 and it

worked great!! Now I have it forever, so when we upgrade sizes we

have what we need, and if I ever take up leather making, I'll have a

tool already!! lol

I really was amazed at the difference in her comfort level in the s.

She slept just fine, too. I am so glad to have found these shoes for

since they will be such a big part of our lives for so long. They were worth

every, non-reimbursable by insurance, out of network, need to meet our

deductible penny! LOL

Our MItchell shoes

came out of her casts and went into the shoes this

evening. I was nervous after our bad experience with the Markells

(crying and screaming and then a pressure sore), but she did not

complain about the s one bit. They were easy for me to put on

and seemed very comfortable for . They are more lightweight

than the Markells and she can lift them easily, which helped a lot.

We did have one issue in that there are not enough holes to make the

strap on the foot part (near the toes) tight enough. I think I will

go to a shoe repair shop and have them punch more holes rather than

try to do it myself. Any thoughts? Currently, she is sleeping

peacefully in the shoes with the strap by the toes not done. I will

have it fixed tomorrow.
