I don't use a weighted blanket, but I do use a weighted vest for Alyssa. I

think it was around $55 dollars and they come in several sizes and they're

adjustable.It also came with enough weights for 1-4 lbs.( I have never had

to go over 1 lb.) I ordered it from an Achievement Products catalog.

I don't have to use it near as much now that I've put her on this diet. It

does make her a lot calmer. I would put it on her for about 10 min before

an activity and leave it on during the activity until she's seemed calm

enough to take it off. I never left it on for more than an hour at a time

though b/c I didn't want her to get to used to it and have to up the weight.
