Ron - you have worked so hard and done so well. GOOD JOB! It is amazing what happens when we follow the direction, isn't it? No matter what diet I tried and I think I have tried them all, the 1200 worked the best and fastest. Keep it up, you're almost there and before you know it you won't think of it as a diet it but a life change. My days now just aren't the same without starting it with my Dannon's Light and Fit yogurt. Who would have thought.........Glad you had a grea b'day too.PEGGY
