Guest guest
My son had a colonoscopy and endoscopy yesterday in Manhattan. His stomach looks perfect. However his intestinal tract is all nodular. His lymph nodes are enlarged and the walls of the intestines are bumpy from this, they should be smooth. Sal's doctor said that the findings look like Dr. Wakefields's findings but he's not sure what to call it yet. He is waiting for biopsy results, I will find out next Friday. He was very much helped by Flagyl. Any input from anywhere??? Sal's mom
Guest guest
I am completely clueless about who Dr. Wakefield is and may be totally off here, but...My NT son had the proceedure done at 6 mos of age and they found the same-lymph nodes enlarged, bumpy, irritated, etc..They told me it was not that unusual and was probably caused by an allergy to dairy(casein, whatever...). Ok, that's my two cents. i have no idea.... Janelle
