Guest guest
denise, You have every right to be afriad of motorcycles! Mike was injured with bad head trauma from riding one in Mexico in 1983 and if it hadnt been for his brother being there with him , I would have never known he was hurt and would never have seen him again. He was airlifted to Scripps Hospital in San Diego where he was in a coma for 6 weeks......hes fine today! Thank goodness!! (some residual effects but nothing major) Anyway......about you losing your dinner.....hmmmm I hear some have problems with chicken and hot dogs so maybe you should lay off for awhile and try it again later. Or next time you try it chew it really well before swallowing and see if that makes any difference? enjoy the satiety you get on such a small amount of food now becuz by the 6th month you will be eating alot more, This is the time to make sure you are setting good eating habits for yourself so that when you begin to eat alot more they will be good choices. As for the bread......eat it toasted. For some reason that sits well better than just plain ole bread for the first couple months. Toast with butter and some jam is great. Or toasted cheese sandwich? etc. It will improve with time......trust me. We eat sandwiches all the time now with no problems. Sounds like you two have a wonderful weekend planned soon....take advantage of that. You got yourself one heck of a great husband in Rich!! So glad to hear you are doing so much better than you expected and congrats on the - 27.......just you watch......more will come off quickly as the days and weeks go by! As I look back over the last winter when we were losing all this weight it seems unreal.....it seems as if I went to sleep in Nov and woke up 83 lbs lighter this summer!
