Hi, I'm just a lurker for now...trying to gain all the necessary info

prior to my consult appointment on January 14th, etc.

Anyway, I am interested in the info that ALL insurance companies

are supposed to " offer/cover " WLS as of October 1st.

Where might one find that info in writing?? It must have been

some form of Legislation?
