For me, I sometimes (or most times) do not breathe properly when exercising.

See if maybe you are hyperventilating or shallow breathing.

Shudda thought about the slappin' ............ but it was sure fun telling

the franchisee why I was quitting with the 'boys' standing right there! Got

my money back too ...even with a signed contract!
