Guest guest Posted August 22, 2001 Report Share Posted August 22, 2001 I think the main reason why alot of people here choose fresh is because of the heavy metal concern-and the veggies are packed in a metal can so it may leach out- but if you have no metal concerns-have verified that all ingredients in the veggies are gfcf then you could still use it if they eat them.
