Guest guest
Hi - I have some different experiences that what I've seen here. DH and I eat out a lot. Have for a long time, and ate out for the first time post-op the day after I got home from hospital. Went to chinese, and I had the broth from wonton soup .. . . best damn broth I've ever had! I eat mostly meats and veggies, salads, but DH and I share a lot of meals in restaurants. I don't like to order a whole meal, then eat 1/8th of it, and have to eat it again for a week. We take turns ordering, or negotiate. " If you want the pasta, then order an add'l skewer of shrimp for me, OK? " or " I'd prefer fish, but I can live with the chicken. " Even Mc's and Arby's will make sandwiches w/o the bun, and 's chili is a good choice, as is the side Caesar salad. And I drank a few onces of wine at holiday dinners, sometimes in Spritzers, sometimes just sipping . . . I'm 12.5 months out, down 160 lbs. It's what you make it, guy . . . make the best!
