Guest guest
In simplistic terms your body says, " Oh my gosh, she's never gonna feed me so I'm just gonna hold on to every little bite of food that she gives me because who knows when she'll eat again. What if she decides to never feed us again? " And so your body goes into " starvation mode " and stores all that it can by slowing down the metabolism. Up your calories some- not a lot- but enough that your body feels that it's getting the nutrition it needs and the weight will drop.
