I haven't done this for a while, so I'm glad you reminded me-Spray a

cookie/baking sheet with gf cooking spray, spread out rinsed/drained chick

peas. Spray again and salt to taste-Bake for one hour (I can't remember the

temp, but I distinctly remember the time!) They become crunchy little

snacks. It was in an allergy newsletter for a nut substitute. My kids

snacked on them when I tried it. Helene
