Guest guest
I can't have applesauce =( I could try mixing it w/ some yogurt & jam though. And the processing to eliminate the taste/smell is why I want to take the fermented CLO, instead of just fish oil. It's much less processed, more natural, and better for you =) Alyssa =) > > Alyssa, > > Would it be possible to blend it with applesauce with cinnamon added? I thought most fish oils were processed in such a way to preserve the good stuff while reducing/eliminating the taste/smell. > > Amelia. > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: BTVC-SCD > Sent: Tue, February 2, 2010 8:39:49 PM > Subject: Fermented Cod LIver oil/Butter oil > > > Does anyone take FCLO / Butter oil? I think I might start taking it, but I'm not sure what to get. I could get the plain FCLO, or the FCLO blended with butter oil. And the blend comes in unflavored or cinnamon, but the cinnamon has stevia added. If it would make it easier to take, I think the stevia might be a sacrifice I'm willing to make, but I'm just not sure how gross the unflavored would be. Let me know if you have any experience with this!! > > Alyssa =) >
Guest guest
n, Thanks!! If your 4 year old can take it, then I surely should be able to! =D I think I'll probably get the butter oil/FCLO blend, unflavored, and hope the tastes somehow offset each other =) Alyssa =) > > > > Does anyone take FCLO / Butter oil?
