Hi;

I went back to my new PCP on the 4th after having tests done. I appears that I have been feeling so run down as a result of discontinuing my Prednisone. Last June I fell on the job and hurt my back when a filing cart caught my foot and fell on top of me. Of course my employer "found" reasons to have me terminated and refused me Workmans' Comp; thus I ended up with losing all of my physicians (who incidentally are all affiliated with the employer) as well as medical insurance. My pulmonologist was in the process of lowering Prednisone to 1 mg and after the prescription was depleted, I never refilled it. A couple of months ago I began feeling crummy again. Then two weeks ago, I began having lightheadedness with blurring, palpitations, pain and tingling in the feet and hands and much worst memory loss. This week my PCP contributed all these symptoms to my not taking Prednisone. He also placed me on Lisinopril for high blood pressure. Of course, because

of the many problems I am once again experiencing, he upped the Pred dose from 1 mg to 5 mg. I feel a lot better only two days after starting the meds again.

I hope this helps someone! I will followup later with an update. God bless you all!
