I asked the group the same question and they said the flours, guar/xanthan gum, yes. I forget what else you asked, but it didn't wave any red flags. Seems to me that I just read that the egg replacement shouldn't go in the freezer, but it may have just been in one of my gfcf nightmares about what I will cook the next day....
