Guest guest
, I'm sorry, I haven't had the surgery, so all I can do is answer from personal experience. Regardless of whatever diet I was on, if I was eating too little, my weight loss would stop. One time I was so panicked that I basically began to starve myself. Because of so few calories and liquids, I almost lost a kidney. And yes, a definite side affect of starvation is exhaustion. Try counting calories and then make adjustments for the fat malabsorption. If you are eating a starvation diet, you will endager your health and not be able to lose weight. Take care of yourself and remember it takes calories to burn calories, and you especially do not want to be burning muscle such as your heart.
