thanks pam for your words of encouragement....i am angry because my

supervisor is witholding my evaluation which would mean a big raise

for me and i feel she is doing it on purpose..........

thanks brenda....i was so excited because i had my orientation and

have to lose the 10% and now i am feeling stupid because i should

remember the happiness that i felt and i know if i put the effort it

will be my turn.....i loved your list.......damaris
