Steve,

According to your stats, you just may be covered. You need to be 100% over

ideal weight. I'm not sure what the doctor would have as this. If it is

below 160, you make that requirement.

Sleep apnea is often the result of MO. That was one of my co-morbidity's. I

don't know if pitted edema is one and I don't know what CHF is. You might

have the varicose veins if the edema is in your legs.

The only thing you would have to show is the attempts at dieting. You may

need to show medical records or if you have been going to the same doctor

for the last 5 years, he would need to write a letter.

I'm not an expert but that seems to be what it says.
