Guest guest
The key is you can eat normal amount of calories say roughly 2500. Sugar is never our friend but on occasion it is ok in moderation. There are good carbs and there are bad. The bad ones we use in moderation with always a focus on protein. You get to feel satisfied and still lose the weight because your body works more efficiently. You would have to restrict calories to lose weight before the DS. Feel hungry and deprived. Do I even make sense? I think my vicodin is effecting brain function. weeight loss before surgery??? or??? > > > > What really makes the difference here?
