Guest guest
Yes, I have the same problem and interesting enough, mine also started in my knees and has also spread. My family Doctor also prescribed Voltaren for me. It seems to help for a few minutes, but then the pain is right back......I have pain 24 hours a day in both knees, both wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Once in a while, it affects my ankles but not all the time yet. Probably coming, though. When I go back for my check-up soon, I am going to ask for something else.............. Wish I could help more, but I haven't found the answer yet.........:-) Hugs, Darlene NS Co-Owner/Moderator Bone Pain > Does anyone experience it? Guest guest
Yep that's pretty much what mine is. Which meds are you on? This pain has only started since I was on Cellcept and then added tegretol. > > Yes, I have the same problem and interesting enough, mine also started > in my knees and has also spread. Guest guest
The very best thing for bone pain is MSM, I now take it 3x a day, I can't go without it. I know you can get powder form, I just buy it at walmart, MSM it's cheap, and works great! Even started my husband on it when he started complaining about his hands aching, and he doesn't complain anymore. I Know Tracie swears by it, and so do it.give it a try. Marla Does anyone experience it? It started in my left kneed a couple of months ago and has spread to pretty much every limb bone. My gp gave me some voltaren. Guest guest
The only pain medicine that I am on is Motrin. My family Doctor wanted to put me on something stronger, but I take so many different meds now and I just do not want anymore unless it is absolutely necessary. I hate taking meds and have been on so many in the past few years and take a lot now.......... Hugs, Darlene NS Co-Owner/Moderator Re: Bone Pain > Yep that's pretty much what mine is. Guest guest
Darlene, sorry I didn't word that correctly I was referring to the drugs I am on for sarcoidosis, not the pain. Since I only started them recently I am wondering if there is a correlation between the two. Rach > > The only pain medicine that I am on is Motrin. Guest guest
Hi Rach, I apologize.........I think I read it too fast. I have so many messages after having computer trouble and have been reading through them really fast to see what ones I can answer and what I just have to delete....... Anyway, I have never used Cellcept or Tegretol, so I really don't know if they could be a conflict or not. Check out the archives and put those two messages in there for a search. If anyone else has had a conflict with them perhaps they have posted it. Also, we have several good LINKS and FILES on the home page. Then there is Web Md.........I use that web site a lot and it gives good info on diseases and meds. Hope this helps.
