I filed a complaint w/ the NC Board and the Hospital where he is on

staff the first week in August w/ a f/u on 9/19, the day he called Dr.

Elariny for a second time. I have talked with reps from both places

twice and they suggested I get an attorney, so I have sent everything

to Walter. I want a restraining order. I can just see this jerk on

the 11th hour getting a judge to prevent surgery. He is on some kind

of malicious, terrorist crusade either to show me he can control me or

to get even for c/o him to the bd. & hosp. or perhaps he is as stupid

as he is acting and he really does think he is saving me from the evil

surgeon...who knows!?

Should we assume the f/u stands for follow up? Still laughing at my

initial " read " of this.

Kathy-

I'm doing pretty well.. my IBS is in good control, I'm feeling better,

& I've lost ~68 lbs (I guess I'm on my first " official " plateau.. I've

gained & lost the same 4 lbs all month..). I loooove my new job (RN

caseworker for a local hospice), & I looooooooooooove my hubby <G>.

Things are good right now... I sure do hope Walter freezes that JERK

for you.. he really is a menace!

Hi Liane!

I know you have a great job.I'm the Social Service Director @ a Nursing

home in Lancaster S.C. and I've just recently gotten my qualifications to

be an Advanced Care Plannetr with Hospice ie, working with Docs,lawyers

,funeral planning, etc. We contract with Hospice.
