When did you send the email message? Last week Thursday was a

holiday here in the United States, and many people also take Friday

off as well. I'm guessing that recently Dr. Ponseti has only been

in the office on Monday (the 28th) and today (the 30th), so you

might get a response today or Friday. I don't know if things have

changed for Dr. Ponseti and Joyce, but it used to be that Joyce

would have to send the pictures over to a color printer in another

section of the hospital because they didn't have one in their

department- and Dr. Ponseti wanted to see the pictures in color, not

in black and white. Then Joyce would bring the pictures to Dr.

Ponseti and he would review them and tell her what to write back to

you.

Dr. Ponseti doesn't type the emails, Joyce types them on his behalf.

You could also call Dr. Ponseti at the office on a Monday, Wednesday

or Friday if you are comfortable speaking English or Spanish. I

don't know if Dr. Ponseti knows Italian. His office is in the

Central time zone in the United States.

I hope you hear back from them soon. I know how anxious you must be.

I think Joyce might only work on Fridays now.. do you know, ?

So it might be best to resend the email to Dr. Ponseti's email

address rather than Joyce's. Other staffers probably check his email

when she's not there.
