You have to be very careful not to over cook them but I think they taste much better than the rice noodles. Then I make the sauce as follows: melt 3 tblsp margarine in sauce pan. Add 1 tblsp potatoe starch flour to make a paste. Slowly add 1 cup " Imagine Creamy Potatoe Leek Soup " . Add 1/2 cup " Toffuti Sour Cream " . Add a little bit of soy american or cheddar cheese for color (too much makes it taste terrible). Salt to taste. My daughter loves it!
