Guest guest
Same thing with me! two months out and last week I GAINED 3 lbs.! I know, I know; I shouldn't be weighing myself. But when you've been losing an average of 5-6 lb. a week it gets addictive. Here I am, gaining 3 lb. despite going to the gym. Well, I resorted to the Krispy Kreme Kure. DH brought home an incredible cream-filled donut (my first ever Krispy Kremer) and lo and behold, three days later I'm down 4 lb. Don't intend to go crazy, but I think a K.K. once a month may be in my stars! Good luck to all you other plateauers; one way or another, we all seem to reach that point, some sooner than others. (One other hint: at least for me, a good dose of peanut butter also seems to get thing moving-if you get my drift!) Marcia shadow44@...
