Guest guest
I think that danaatty@... is right about gluten and starch and don't forget the germ. You can have an allergy to both of the proteins. And need to avoid the entire wheat. I think the founders of the GFCF diet are concerned about cross contamination. If you have been on a list for celiacs, these people react even to a molecule of gluten and have to be extremely careful. Best to avoid all the grain of the wheat or other gluten grains until you are certain that they are not reacting to starch. 2 questions: What does the group think about barley grass juice? Supposedly the gluten is in the grain portion not the grass portion. What does LOL mean? It is driving me crazy. Obviously not lots of love! Thanks.
