Guest guest
Any popcorn that states " natural " , but still read the ingredients, looking for " natural butter flavor " which I think are not OK. My son LOVES popcorn, would not eat the natural microwave kind (cuz of no flavor from butter) so I got an air popper and it has a little cup on top of it to melt your own GFCF spread. He pours it on himself and chows down. They are hard to find now ( they are mostly sold around Christmas as gifts) but some of the grocery and drug stores carry them all year long. Guest guest
Personally I don't avoid popcorn....I consider it a healthy carb.....not sure why, I just always have........and I can eat an endless amount and don't dump so it makes me think that it isn't that " simple " of carb for some reason......OK, this is starting to sound like asinine reasoning.......but it works for me P. popcorn > Is popcorn considered a no no carb. Does it go along with the white stuff > concept. > > > Fay Bayuk - > > >
