Reading all of your messages was so very entertaining, provided many

chuckles. I especially had a laugh about the person who didn't want

to upchuck in a public restroom...as a former 21 year binge purger

there is defintiley a trick to it. I have not been able to throw up

since my surgery because that plus the years of purging caused a

lack of reflux activity...which can be unfortunate when you are

really sick and want to do it to relive the pain...

I had a open RnY in October of 1998 that wasn't done properly and

unfortunately am not a candidate for a revision or a badly needed

abdominoplasty (even when I had my hysterectomy) No one seems to

want to take the chance operating on a brittle type I diabetic...

Ah but I do digress...I had a catering business for 8 years and the

secret to buying raw fish(or any kind for that matter) is that it

should never smell! I do quite well with sashimi as long as there

is no sushi (actually means sweet rice in Japanese) I do ok with

brown or wild rice also. I try to follow a glycemic diet so stay

away from anything " white " Did you know that red potatoes have

almost 50% less carbs than Idahos??? I still am unable to eat more

than a couple of bites of pasta chewed into oblivion before the uh

oh it's stuck situation.

The comment about warm soft soda is also true especially about

colas,it just takes a bit longer....dropa piece of meat in cola and

you will be amazed how well it will totally dissolve.

Oh my I certainly have meandered on...please forgive me

Annie
