What you are describing sounds more like a small bowel obstruction. This happened to me and produced the same symptoms you describe. It also happened at about 18 months post op. I would suggest you bring this to the attention of your surgeon. He may well want to run an Upper G.I. test on you to see if a kink or other obstruction has developed.
