Where to harvest bone graft for 'cant' smile?

Hey again, I know you guys wonder why I don't talk to my surgeon

about these things, I dont have one yet, as I do not have the money,

But I am trying to do all the research I can before going through

with this. So here's my question, for a horizontally sideways " cant "

smile, do they put a bone graft in there to even it out? If so,

where to do they harvest it? I am pretty sure I read you can harvest

it from the lower jaw angle, if thats true, i'm in great luck

because one side of my jaw has an exsessive angle. Also, has anyone

had problems with scar tissue? Thank you guys, I really appreciate

the help you've given me, I know I'm a pain in the butt, but this is

a big decision for me.
