Guest guest
To All, I know that each surgeon has their own rules to follow after surgery, so, I just thought I would mention this: My surgeon, Dr Barry Fisher, does not want his patients to eat any slippery foods, and that would include pasta. The reason being that slippery foods do not stay in your pouch for long, so thay slide out quickly, and then you don't have that full feeling for long at all. I am also curious if anyone here has been told to drink 32 ozs of milk a day? I have seen some postings here and there about that, but my surgeon doesn't do that one. aND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THAT IS IMPORTANT. I do take tums 2 pills 2x a day. Thanks, Ellen very greatful surgery 3/15/04 440/379/???? 65 lbs lost in the 10 weeks !!!! Woopie!!! Your friend in freedom from fat!
