Guest guest
Work at it the best you can to keep your weight where you want it. My appetite didnt come back full force for over two years, and it has come back with a vengeance, I'm 5 years and counting. If you are doing all you can and cant keep weight on, then talk to your doc. Unless you are way too thin and worried about complications I'd say, enjoy it while it lasts. hugzzz flo
Guest guest
Stacey, I just wish I had your problem. It would be nice not to be hungry once in a while. I'm not making light of your problem as I know it is serious as you must eat. Suggestion: Are you doing any of the protein supplements? That would help you. Guest guest
I am one week short of being 3 years post op and I have to struggle to keep my weight up. I have next to zero appetite unless I go 10+ hours without eating. I keep my weight up by reversing the Pouch Rules. I drink when I eat, and eat snacks and high calorie foods. I eat 6-8 times a day and barely keep even.
