Guest guest
I just can't think too much about why...makes me compulsively think and get more hungry. I just get out of the house with no money, call a friend for a chat, or go to the gym until it passes. I do the same thing when my husband pisses me off (the no money part is important for you compulsive spenders!). Last night I suffered though. I awoke at 3a.m. thinking about the Tofu in the fridge. Weird! Today I'm craving spinach mixed with plain yogurt. I think (see I just lied...I do think!) my body is telling me I need more protein. Vicki A. > My name is Sherry I'm from North Carolina. Guest guest
Sherry, welcome to the Grad list! I just wanted to say what an awesome loss! There are so many possible reasons for the hunger. It could be mechanical failure, if it even is real hunger vs. head hunger. But, do you do protein shakes? Just a suggestion, but sometimes having a shake when you feel those cravings can help stop those carb callings and also satisfy the sweet tooth. There is a Yahoo list devoted strictly to protein, if you're interested. Here's the link...
