are these 2 products GFCF?

Two products that my kids love and that we would hate

to get rid of, I am not sure about.

1. Grainfield's Crispy Rice cereal - ingredients:

Milled Rice, and Barley Malt

2. H-O Instant Oatmeal - ingredients: Whole Grain

Rolled Oats (with Oat Bran), Sugar, Oat Bran, Salt,

Guar Gum, Natural Flavors.

I know these are CF, but not sure about GF.
