I have here two microwave " pudding " recipies for those like me who are always

running out of time for breakfast or snack.

Almond pudding :

1/3 cup almond powder

1 egg

2 tbsp water

Mix the ingredient in a bowl, cook 2 minutes in the microwave. Top with

whaterver you can tolerate : honey, applesauce, banana slices, blueberries

Banana pudding (I discover the other day that I can cook the banana pancake

recipie in the microwave)

1 ripe banana

1 egg

Blend it well (I use the magic bullet :)

In a bowl, 2 minutes in the microwave.

For a creamier texture, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

You can also add cinnamon or honey

I hope it can help some of you !

there is also the recipe from www.austinscdfriends.com for

fast warm breakfast cereal

Dump few spoonfuls of almond flour into a bowl

Dump a pat of butter on top

Dump a few spoonfulls of applesauce or chopped fruit on top

Microwave for 30 sec.

(You can add raisins, pecans and cinnamon too if you can tolerate them)

YUM!! I think the butter is the secret ingredient here
