Guest guest
I just had Bilateral Knee Replacement(Next Sunday will be 4 months ago) and I agree I was told to reduce the Keloid(swelling a bumps on the scars) on the knees and reduce the actual scaring I continue every day to rub in Vitamin E capsules I just break them open and rub them in. I also make sure that I message the scars 1-2 times daily that is very important in reducing the scaring. Always be Optimistic as a good Positive Attitude takes us a long way and remember our new motto " a little bit of something is better than a whole lot of nothing " . Please feel free to Email me or call me as I am always here for you and you have been for me.
