Guest guest
I'm rotating 4 natural anti-fungals, and was wondering if anyone knows what is a large small/dose of these things: Grapefruit Seed Extract (250 MG) ( http://www.nutribiotic.com/gse-capsules-60caps.html ) - this is the only one I've had a bit of a reaction to. I took one with dinner on Sunday night, and I recall having 3 stomach pains (followed by gurgling) while I was sleeping late Monday morning. This kind of freaked me out, because that's the way my bowel obstructions usually start. My anxiety was also worse, and part of BM was loose today. Now this site says it's the equivalent of 25 drops!!! (I just checked the bottle, and it says the same), but I'm certain the site I bought it from (they don't seem to have it listed now) only said 6 drops (they were either mistaken, or sent me the wrong bottle). Oil of Oregano (45 MG, yielding approximately 30 mg Carvacrol) ( http://www.luckyvitamin.com/showproduct.aspx?ProductID=28657 & SEName=source-natur\ als-wellness-oil-of-oregano-standardized-to-70-carvacrol-60-vegetarian-capsul ) Olive Leaf Extract(500 MG, standardized to contain min. 6% Oleuropein) ( http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-5331-now-foods-olive-leaf-extract-vegetarian-500-m\ g-120-vegetarian-capsules ) Garlic Oil Perles (1 MG Garlic Oil Concentrate from approximately 500 MG of fresh bulbs) ( http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-25886-solgar-garlic-oil-perles-reduced-odor ) So if anyone has any idea if these are high/medium/low doses, please let me know. Thank you :-) Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/
