Guest guest
Jac, My daughter was in the hospital for 2.5 hours for a bladder procedure where they injected a chemical into the bladder wall to prevent reflux and the bill was $14000. and she didn't even have surgery. This was just the hospital bill, didn't include the doctor or the anesthesiologist. The chemical they injected was over $6000. by itself. After insurance our co-pay was $2000. My WLS surgery hospital co-pay was only $ 776.00 and I was in the hospital for 4 days and had surgery... GO figure!
