Guest guest
There is a water resistant foam tape you can wrap around the top of the cast, it's made by 3M, it's called Micro-foam tape. Just make a couple passes around the cast and upper-thigh, it's just sticky enough to stick to the skin and keep leaks from getting in/on the cast but not so sticky so it doesn't hurt when you peel it off. You can just remove it when it gets soiled. > > Maddie came through her tenotomy and anesthesia fine. Now I have > another question. Guest guest
We put boys tube socks over Alaya's casts, they kept them clean and dry. If they did get wet we just changed the socks. We tucked them in at the top and it helped with rubbing too. Joanne
