I really struggled with my 3 month flare and everyone on the list serv recommended stopping my supplements (I was doing a multi-vitamin, calicium and probiotics). Well... they were right! It definitely helped eased things. I've added the multi back in, but that's it for now. I am taking it nice and slow. And I'm sure others have mentioned it, but iron feeds the bad bacteria (that is why we have to find a multivitamin without it). I stopped all three, but the day after I also stopped all supplements, waited till my guts felt ready for water and drank a ton of it, plus my SCD foods that I knew worked, but not much.
