Guest guest
This may sound really strange, but try it anyway. Try a tablespoon of cider vinegar for leg cramps. I take it diluted in some water, and have also used cider vinegar tablets with good results. I get nasty cramps from my toes up the front of my legs, and they will last for 15 -20 min. Some times I have them 3-4 times a night. Nothing helped them, not standing, pulling up my toes, walking, nothing. A friend talked me into trying vinegar, and I am so glad I did. I make sure I have it packed when we go out of town. The cramps go away in a couple of minutes. Re: Charlie Horses Bring your toes up toward your knees, opposite of what you are inclined to do... It makes them go away right away! Staci > Are ya'll experiencing Charlie horses in the back of your calves? I don't mind them for about four minutes. That's my max. After that I can't quite see what everyone's fussing about. " - Hugh Grant Re: Charlie Horses I used to get them before the surgery and I dont any more at all.
