Guest guest
I'm not an expert, but I am going to give my opinion anyway. I think that very ripe banana is stage 1 food, so it is something that he can eat. I would wait longer to introduce almond floor and yogurt. I introduced the yogurt to soon and then I realized that did not tolerate it. I've been about ten months on the diet and I have not introduced the almond floor yet. Cheers! > > My son has been on the diet for about a month still going quite a few times a day and mostly soft to diarrhea with an occasional formed stool we are in between stage two and three using almond flour, do you think he should keep trying? Also could he just eat a banana I know he can put in pancakes etc. but could he just eat a banana? > > Also I have been trying to make the yogurt my machine kept heating up to 120 so I bought a dimmer and used it last night and this morning the water temperature was 98 degrees do you think that is ok? I know it says it should be between 100 and 110 but do you think if it was at 98 the yogurt is good? > > thanks for your help >
