I think of one who had a total of about 20 mm, but some of it was by means of osteogenic distraction rather than one operation. You don't wanna know about that unless you need it, in which case it can do what you need. And I clearly remember one person who had 10-12 mm (I don't remember which, sorry!) lower advancement. Look at how much 9 mm. is -- my doc said 5 was about a quarter of an inch!
