Since I haven't really lost any weight in the last few weeks I'm to keep a journal this weekend and then fax or email to my Dr. on Monday to see if there is something I'm doing wrong. They stress the 1,000 calories in order that I don't go into starvation mode which will then deplete my muscle and not the fat cells. I'm with you in that I'm really lucky to get 700-800 calories in. They also stressed that I get at least 46 ounces of liquid in a day. Seems like I eat and drink all day long...lol. What I really need to do is " stay off the scale " ....lol. I am losing inches already down a size and a half but I want to see the scale go down too. Oh well, I thank the good Lord each day that I'm under that 300# mark which I had been at for 2 or 3 years.
