Coconut Butter v. Oil

I am using something called Artisana Raw Coconut Butter which is coconut meat blended back into the oil.  It's soo good.  I've read other posts (and checking Amazon to find it cheaper) and people are using oil.

 

Is the butter legal?

Actually it's half the price at this link but I've never tried Tropical Traditions either.

 

Would you trust this product?  It's from Raw Reform.  Never have tried it.

I use the tropical traditions coconut cream which is most likely the same thing. Very very good, and I use the oil in place of butter. You can use the coconut cream to make coconut cream pies. I have recently tried the Artisana Coconut Butter and find that

I do fine with it. It is wonderful and I only use it in small amounts.
