WOW!!!!!!!!!!! congratulations on your new milestones. your inspiration to

me and to others too. just what i needed to hear as i'm going through those

discouraging times too. thank you!!

i just got home from meeting my personal trainer today and things look

promising. i go through my fitness assessment on tuesday, see how much i can

and

can't do and to give us a starting point. i've been at a plateau seems like for

weeks now, well as i think about it it has been about 4 weeks. haven't lost

any weight but have lost inches. they all tell me thats a good thing and not

to worry about the pounds. my body is still adjusting. okay i'll try and

remember that.

i'm looking forward to experience those same things you have beach (sorry

don't know your first name). looking forward to those amusement rides that i

haven't been able to do for i can't remember how many years. to shop in the

ladies section, wow that would be great too.

well thanks again for being my inspiration today. you take care, keep up the

good work and have a wonderful day and when's your next trip to GA...lol.

I am on top of the world and wanted to share it with the folks I knew would

understand!

I had my surgery on New Years Eve, and lately have been a bit discouraged

because I've been stuck at a plateau for AGES!..ok.. a couple weeks.. it

just felt like years. But suddenly I'm a happy camper again!

On Wednesday, I went to buy a bathing suit, something that has Never been a

pleasant thing! I wasnt' sure what size to get. In the 'before' time, I wore

2X or something like a 22/24. I'd even broken down and bought one with a

skirt. So this time.. I had no clue what size to get. I scooped up several

sizes off the rack and tried them on. There was one that fit that I loved,

so I looked at the tag. A Large had snuck into my stack and THAT was the one

that looked best!! OMG!! I was so excited that I did a little shopping.. in

the Ladie's section...not the Women's section! I found some cute tops in L

& XL (Depending on the cute).. not XL/XXL. I even found a pair of leggings

in the ladies section that fit nicely! Color me shocked!!

Really early Friday morning, I took off to drive to my folks house in NC,

but in GA I had some car trouble. Just a small thing that led to the rest of

my great weekend. I called a friend, but he was busy, so he send his friend

and suddenly I found myself on a blind date! lol He helped me find a place

to stay while my car was taken care of, then decided to take me to an

amusement part. Ok.. Anxiety time!! All I could think of were turnstyle

gates and rides with small seats... and as we approached the gate.. that was

all I could see. Would I be able to get through it?

I not only made it through. I made it through facing forward normally! I

didn't have to turn sideways and squeeze! The day was made for me right

there.. we rode rides and ate lunch...I even had a snow cone! Ye Gods that

was yummy!! lol I passed on his cotten candy and candied apple though lol.

To top off the day.. he made a pass at me! lol Always very good for a girl's

ego!

I know this is long, but I just got home and I'm sitting here sunburned and

grinning and wanted to share it with you guys. You are always there when

I've had a problem.. I wanted to share the high to.

That is wonderful to hear. The best things happen when we don't look

for them. What an incident! Glad that your day was bright and the

shopping was easy and amazing. Can't wait to join you in the

shopping scenario.
