I used to do hot yoga 4 times/week, walk, hike and dance in my livingroom. Now I can only walk on my good days. The other days are too painful, mostly from swelling caused by prednisone. Even when I am not in pain and feel up to it, my yoga routine causes more bleeding, as does dancing, or anything aerobic. I havne't been able to exercise for the better part of a year essentially and my endorphines went from " I feel happy most of the time, things feel good, I feel a happy response to situations " to " nothing makes me feel good and I just want to curl up in a ball or punch something and cry. " I know this is hormone related, but it's hard to get through, and the worse I feel, the worse my symptoms get. > > > > Any advice? > > > > (I broke down and ate less than 1/4 tsp of cocoa powder two nights ago, and again yesterday and I immediately felt better and my pain went away. I was able to do schoolwork and felt happy. Didn't last more than 3ish hours though, and I know I should not keep it up.) > > Well, that's what LDN does, boosts endorphins. > > Mara >
