Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 This happened to me as well…I went to the BTVC website & edited my membership – I simply clicked on ‘receive email digest’, then clicked on ‘receive individual emails’ and then clicked on ‘save changes’. I have done this 3 times in the past few days. This morning I received your email and 1 other. So, I don’t yet know if the problem has been corrected – it seems to be. Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 Apparently, there's a problem with the Yahoo databases causing this issue. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/ownmod/forms/general.html will take you to a form which you can fill out and send to Tech Support if you are having issues.
