i doubt you will be starting college with a messed up face! i am 21

and had the surgery 3 weeks ago (during my winter break). the surgery

is not very painful, it really helps that you are numb. the only

problems i forsee you having 3 months after surgery is slight

practically un-noticeable swelling and numbness in your gums. i

wouldn't worry about the surgery- just look forward to how beautiful

your smile will be when you start college!!
