It is a lot! <g> 180 grams of protein. I'm real distal (60 " common channel),

and my doc mandates 120 grams for his distals. But my weight loss increased

when I went from 4 to 6/day at 6 months out.

I'm still losing 8-10 lbs/month, and I'm only like 15 lbs from goal.

320highest/305pre-op/165now/150goal - 5'10 " tall

5-6 protein shakes seems like a lot! Do you notice a

faster weight loss? On average how much do you lose a

week? Thanks for the info because I was wondering if

I should up my protein shakes and am wondering if it

will make a difference when I do.
