But my weight loss increased when I went from 4 to 6/day at 6 months out. I'm still losing 8-10 lbs/month, and I'm only like 15 lbs from goal. 320highest/305pre-op/165now/150goal - 5'10 " tall Subject: Re: Desperate in Virginia 5-6 protein shakes seems like a lot! Do you notice a faster weight loss? On average how much do you lose a week?
