i take iron + b complex and 2000mg vitamin C a day too. i had

upper/lower/genio 3 weeks ago. i also talk alot and eat alot. i can't

have food until next thursday, and i start out with soft foods. i am

on a liquid diet right now :(

thanks for the tips! it sounds like your appearance is alot different.

my upper only went up 4mm and forward 4mm, so it didn't move much. my

lower went forward 7mm and my chin another 5mm (i think). pretty sure.

so i dont look alot different, just have a straighter profile. it

feels so good not to worry about people looking at me from the side

though!! do you still admire yourself in the mirror? are you going to

school? how old are you (can i ask)?
