Guest guest Posted April 30, 2003 Report Share Posted April 30, 2003 hiya fellow gym rats (you know who you are) lol... i really need to increase the amount i can lift in the next two weeks, my trainer recommended creatine though he admits that he doesn't know the effects of it on a gastric bypass patient (and he warned it causes some weight gain) i've been doing reading online about creatine, hear one side saying how great it is for increased muscle mass but other side says that all it does it put water in the muscles to make the look bigger -- anyone use creatine -- if so what is your experience with it (dosage, what do you take it with, results) etc thanks much! kate Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
